Returns & Refund Policy

At DNA Innovations, we stand behind the quality of the TQB and want you to purchase with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund if they meet the following conditions:
The product is unused.
The product is in its original condition.
The product is returned with its original packaging, when reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have:
Been used in an emergency.
Been intentionally modified or altered.
Been damaged through misuse or abuse.
Been purchased through unauthorized sellers.
If your TQB has been used during an actual emergency, please refer to our Replacement Program for additional information.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
To make your purchase as worry-free as possible, DNA Innovations will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns made within our 30-day return window.
Our goal is to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
