If you do, we'd like to help.

If your TQB is used during an actual emergency involving severe bleeding, DNA Innovations will replace it at no charge.

To request a replacement, please contact Davis@dnainnovates.com and provide:

• A brief description of the incident

• Photographs of the used TQB, if available

• Any supporting documentation you are comfortable sharing (such as a first responder report, emergency department documentation, or other reasonable evidence of use)

We understand that every emergency is different, and we will evaluate requests with compassion and common sense.

Replacement requests are limited to one complimentary replacement per original purchase.

For gifted products, the recipient may request a replacement if proof of the original purchase or gift can be provided.

DNA Innovations reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline requests involving fraud or abuse of this program.
