Effective Date: August 3, 2026

DNA Innovations warrants that the TQB (Tourniquet Belt) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser or to a recipient of the product when accompanied by proof of purchase or proof that the product was received as a gift.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

• Manufacturing defects

• Defective materials

• Defects in workmanship under normal intended use

At our discretion, DNA Innovations will repair or replace the defective product or issue a refund if repair or replacement is not practical.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage

• Misuse or abuse

• Improper application

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Accidents or negligence

• Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose

Customers may be asked to return the product for inspection before a warranty determination is made.

Limitation

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by DNA Innovations and replaces any implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
